These heirloom-quality mills are handmade in Greece in a tradition that is over 300 years old. Unlike common mills that crush the pepper and salt, these mills actually grind for superior texture and flavor. The pepper mill features a solid steel grinding mechanism, while the salt mill features a non-corosive nylon lining and grinder. Each mill is adjustable from coarse to fine. We've used these mills daily for many years and are confident they will last for many decades to come.

The design is based on a coffee mill that was used by Greek soldiers in the early 20th century.

Manufactured by a small, family-run company in northern Greece.

Handle note: unscrew the top bolt to find the handle for your pepper mill when you receive your order.
