This Whiskey Barrel aged finishing drizzle is a compliment to salads, charcuterie boards, baked Brie and YES coctails. The flavour is so intense so the instruction to "drizzle" is literal!

This certified Modena Aged  Balsamic is aged a local Elora's grown Elderberry and Smirna Figs until just the balance has been achieved. It is then filtered and reduced to an amazing  syrup that marries flavours together.
